This was really a nice operation, clean and well run. Notice the "sails". These are plastisized canvas and are used a lot in Australia. I assume that they are cheaper than a permanent "canopy" and maybe don't have the "regulation" that other options do. Chris has wireless "order taking" and the computers keep track of the process and time spent on each car. While I was there it really seemed to run smoothly. He is in an affluent part of town. In the 2nd picture, it is Dan Bain, one of Chris' employees, Bevan O'Conner and Chris Johns.
