I had a buddy of mine work up a financial spreadsheet for playing around with to see if
(1) I could make money based on my area and assumptions about what I thought were accurate capture rates vs. the competition and actual costs of building and operating a car wash.
(2) if that rate of return would be greater or worse than putting my money in a lower risk investment such as a mutual fund, stocks, CDs, etc...
I thought maybe more people could use it.
It needs to be filled in by the prospective person and if they don't know how they can start with the business plan section on your library pages.
Download to your computer, you will need Excel, "Save AS" and rename it, as it is a "read only".
