KNOWLEDGE!! SHARING OF INFORMATION!! The Forum has truly been a great
find for me. I have read just about every post, ingesting those nuggets of
wisdom from other operators who have the experience that I do not. I have a
place where I can ask questions of professionals, and share experiences.
I am introduced to folks thinking of building a car wash, and the first
thing I recommend is that they visit this site. There is not another
comparable site.

The Forum convinced me to dispense only tokens from my American bill changer fitted with Coinco validators. It stopped the stringing which caused excessive losses (without having to change validators).

The forum has really screwed me up...I was a pretty sane individual before I logged on the forum and got the idea of building a car wash. I researched at least 200 pages of the self serve . I really went off the deep end and contacted some vendors..signed a equipment contract shortly after .Then I started on the building ..I plan to open in two weeks .Thanks to everyone for answering all my stupid (greenhorn) questions...all I think about is washing cars

To be succinct, everything positive. You couldn't subscribe to enough magazines that would produce information what is available on the Forum, for free. The information available is equivalent to years of study at a University. Knowledge is everything.

So in order, the forum helped me: solidify my business plan, get through the equipment selection, get through the build process (thanks Mike!), get through the start up process, set up operations, identify problems, troubleshoot problems, fine tune operations, pick quality products for customers, and throughout it all a place to vent, wail, cry, bleed, triumph, sweat, clean, shout, scream, cheer, and a place of understanding what I was going through.
