AutoCareForum.Com Affiliates Page Advertising Contract

The AutoCareForum.Com agrees to run a 185 pixel x 150 pixel banner, for the client; _______________________________, for a period of one month for the total sum of $100.00. The banner will have a hot link to the URL provided by the client. The client will provide the banner. The banner must be less than 60K in size, the banner may be static, animated or flash. All banners will placed on the Affiliates page, on a first come first placed basis, when payment and banner has been received. The start date will be rounded up or down to become due, at the first of the month. (i.e. banners received between the 1st and the 15th of the month, will be considered to have started on the first of the month and payment to continue to run the banner will be due by the first of the following month. Banners received between the 15th and the last day of the month, will be considered to have started on the first of the following month and payment to continue to run the banner will be due by the first of the following month.). AutoCareForum.Com will not be sending an invoice, the client will be expected to automate payment on their end. If payment is not received by the last day of the previous month, the banner will be removed.

___, By checking this space, you agree to pay for a 12 month period in the total amount of $1000.00 in advance. There will be no refunds, but banners may be changed a maximum of 4 times during the 12 months at no additional charge.

In the 12 years that AutoCareForum.Com has been on the web, it has been down a few times but never more than 8 hours and that has only happened 1 time. Therefore, AutoCareForum.Com will only make up for any complete day in the event that there is an Internet/server failure.

In the event that AutoCareForum.Com decides to include the Affiliates Page on other web sites, you will be notified in writing if there is a change in the price. Annual contracts will not be affected by any price increases until the expiration of this contract.

AutoCareForum.Com makes no representation as to the number of "click throughs" that you will receive. AutoCareForum.Com will provide, on request, a monthly count of the immediate past month's clicks to your URL.
