A Call for Entries to recognize the top 25 operators in the carwash, quick lube, detailing and self storage industry.

You can nominate yourself or anyone else. We are looking for ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

I think that this will provide motivation and set the bar for the rest of us and new investors in this industry.

The First 10 Entries will recieve a copy of Pat Crowe's Appraisal Handbook.

Other than Pat's book & industry wide recognition there won't be much of an award. Sorry, but I'm still working on it.

You will be able to read this year's entries as they come in.
