This
agreement is between me (www.autocareforum.com), and you,
You will need
to provide 5 banners, sizes should be 600x80, 468x60,
234x60, 140x50 and 120x120 pixels, in GIF, or a JPG format
with a file size not to exceed 60K(the smaller, the quicker
it loads). The 140x50 banner must be static and about 4K. The
4 other banners may be animated and are linked to your site. You may
change your banner from time to time for a $5 handling fee.
If you request
it, I will send to you a monthly stat sheet, stating the number
of times that a viewer saw your banner and how many times that
a viewer clicked on your banner.
You decide
which time frame you want to pay for, 3 months, 6 months or
annual.
I do retain the
right to cancel your banner and refund any unused money. This
would occur if you or some of your people violate the rules
on the Forum.
I can not accept
any liability for Internet problems beyond my control. Any lost
days will be added to the end of your contract.
I also refuse
to accept liability for any consequential damages.
NOTE: You will notice that the checks
are to be made out to a Living Trust. Don't freak out, its because
I'm an old guy and have setup things for estate
planning.
Payment Schedule:
Annual.$4000.
Semi-annual.$2400. or Quarterly.$1500
