So im having a problem with my in bay touchless automatic boom. one side is dropping to fast and then the boom gets all "cock-eyed" and stuck. I have no idea how this happened and makes no sense. Its like there is some type of clutch that isnt engaging early enough on the one side so it drops...

I have an aquajet auto. and my solenoid valve that opens and closes to fill the tank keeps getting stuck. should i order a new part. or is that one of those pieces i can just take apart and clean to get it unstuck? If it gets stuck closed i can just hit it (the best fix at a car wash haha)...
