PDQ Error - Trolley Motor over current fault

9 times out of 10 its the motor/gearbox. Could also be the cable. What kind of PDQ is it? Can't rule out the VFD as well.

Swap the chemical line from bay 7 to 8 and see if the problem follows the line. If not then it’s the solenoid.

Could be a weak fuse on your DC power supply board as well. If it's a older model the fuse may be on the cpu itself.
