The weep valve on my Laser pump station is leaking water, while the high pressure pump runs. It comes out of the inlet side. I have the water to it shut off. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Follow up...the hp pump was kicking on after all, it was the mac valve that wasn't releasing the U/C Lexair valve all the way...strange??? Took Mac valve apart, tinkered with it and problem solved hopefully!

Hello- The high pressure pump on my Laser 4000 will not kick on when undercarriage is triggered. The Lex air valves are changing over and I can manually kick on the hp pump in test mode. What should I check or look for? Also, sometimes when the Lex air valves change over it sounds sloppy...

So I take it that the WW control panel is 100% compatible with the M5. How do they feel about that as far as mixing the two and getting support?

Just spoke with my service guy today and he said around 90k for entire M5 setup, but around 44k with enhancement package. I was concerned about the shape of my general pump and a lot of the old worn out parts on the pump station. Well, for 46k in savings over everything new a guy could easily...

I had a brief electrical storm earlier this evening and it must have interrupted the power on my Laser 4000. I had to re-program everything, but now on the JO Box screen it displays "Manual Mode" and won't allow the wash to be in service. I tried to reset the power again and even put the key...

I think the dryer should definitely be a buy up option. I only offer it on my top two washes.

I would like to get an idea of what everybody charges for your wash and what options you offer for each? Also, what brand of IBA do you have? I'm looking to possibly change my menu around to make it more appealing.
