The reason that only one of the washes is having the problem is that on his second wash we only replaced the bridge and reused the existing controller. In doing so it was never equipped with a top sonar, thus not having the problem.

Just to clarify we are the Michigan Distributor for PDQ Inc. A couple years ago we were the distributor for Washworld. We still have a small inventory of Washworld parts and would have helped Mark with the parts we had.
If you ae using PDQ's new style straight swivel, you may want to consult your local PDQ distributor on how tight you should install the swivel. The new style is not tapered and will bottom out on the pipe, thus possibly turning it off the overhead pipe.
Could you be possibly pulling another chemical along with the drying agent. You may have a stuck danfoss on a detergent and that is knocking down the drying agent.

Alright, after the express tunnel was back to back cars for a couple hours the pump stopped. It will stay down for about 20 seconds and then start up again. This is now running for a few minutes then off for the 10 to 20 seconds. :confused:
The suggestion of an oiler came directly from the manufacture. We do have a water separator in line also. We installed this yesterday, as of this morning they have not had the issue again.
