    Stupid mistake

I've seen what your talking about, with both front arm gearboxes getting broken. The front arms were not out far enough before the machine started driving in reverse and it broke both gearboxes. Make sure your rear trail air isn't above 10 PSI and your front high air in exaust valve is working.

2 step pre-soaks Ecolab alternatives - Dissolve All Low PH and Velocity 3692 Hi PH

I got them from the Ecolab usage sheets. If you would like copies of them I could send them to you. I agree that you may not be putting more on than you need, but it should'nt cost that much to clean a car. Ecolab has a number of different presoaks and perhaps one of them would work better for...

    Fusion X question

There is a way to check to see if your ultrasonic is profiling the vehicle correctly. Moniter M450, M451, M452. The machine does this profile its first pass to the rear, (usually foam bath) I believe they are Sedan, Tall Vehicle, Pickup. There is also a setting for the actual ultrasonic hight to...

    Ryko Softgloss Special

My OHD is old (2001) but only have 30,000 wash on it. Hate to get rid of an auto with such low wash count. Why so few washes on it?

    Door Openers

I think they are the magnaglide is a great door opener. Of the ones I service I've never had to do anything other than routine maint. I Highly recommend them. Just so you know we are an Airlift Dist. I also like RYKO'S Bi-fold door but they are much more maintenance intensive, but they do open...

    Wheel scrubber not scrubbing

Steve, you can get ahold of Ray and tell him you want him to write a customer concern CAR. That gives engineering 7 days to reply. However, I know, at least last year, they were behind in answering them. I'm sure your answer will go something like...We've been mounting them this way for years...

    Wheel scrubber not scrubbing

Steve you should use stainless bolts and if you use locktight on the threads you shouldn't need to drill all the way through the shaft.

    Wheel scrubber not scrubbing

If you mean the shaft that holds the brush mount then drill a couple set screws in it if its the female end where the motor shaft goes that can be cleaned up sometimes with a file. If you would like me to look at it for you give me a call. I'll pm you my number.

    Wheel scrubber not scrubbing

Can't help you with the price, but they are pretty easy to change...you said you could hear the motor spinning can you hear any grinding in the gearbox or will it spin in reverse? Did you take the motor off the gearbox? I have seen the motor shaft break before.

    Wheel scrubber not scrubbing

They rust away into powder. By the way Ive never heard of anywhere to get a gearbox fixed but you could take it apart yourself and see if it is something obvious. (after you get a new one)
