It doesn't show up very well but in the 2nd picture, 2nd row, the concrete had been repoured and then cut down, but it was at least 8" above the ground level. Low cars would have had a problem. It was also run down, with almost no lighting. You will also notice that the door on the automatic was open, while it was running. We tried to secure it but couldn't and there was no phone number to call anyone.
