    Unloader Replacement Help

Thanks again. Looking at the 555 it hooks to the high pressure side horizontally to the pump, and the black hose (water coming in) that is going to the unloader now goes to the inlet side of the 555 and my white hose, water coming out, of the top of the unloader goes to the outlet side of the...

    Unloader Replacement Help

Thank you! When swapping from the unloader to a regulator is the hook up the same? It looks like I have a hose coming in to the back side of the unloader and one on top. Looking at the 555 regulator pic it looks like only one connection for hose.

    Unloader Replacement Help

I am troubleshooting a drop in pressure on a 5cp2102W Cat Pump. Without the trigger pulled the PSI is 1500 and drops to 700 when pulled. I have checked the valves and just rebuilt the head. I have also replaced the nozzle tip in the bay. From what I have read...if that did not solve it it may be...

    Low Pressure Boom Leak

Randy...Ill check it again, but I think it is right where the black boom hose meets the 90. Just bubbles a little there. Probably just needs tightening, but was curious what the 90 was just in case. I do have swivels at the brush end of the hose...never thought to put at the boom end. Do you...

    Low Pressure Boom Leak

Sorry...should have explained better. It is a new LP hose and swivel. It is leaking where the black boom hose meets the "elbow". Wondering what the "elbow" connection is and where to find it? I may just need to tighten it, but just in case was wondering what it was.

    GinSan GS31 Display Timer Replacement

Dan, Yeah it is an old set up. I was just hoping GinSan had a display that I could put in that spot since it was cut into the brick to house it.

    GinSan GS31 Display Timer Replacement

I am needing to replace my old GinSan 31 Display Timers. They are too dim and some are not showing the numbers fully. Currently have GS-401 Timers in the pump room. What model would fit in the bays to replace the GS31s?

Electrical issue to high pressure pump

Scott, This is an old post, but wondering what the fix was? I am having the same issue now in one bay. LP works...HP doesn't. I got it running for a few days by tightening the connections in the meter box. Then stopped working again. I am thinking it is the rotary switch.

Problem of the week...not getting wax from the tank to the pump

So to start, the wax was not getting to the bays. It was backflowing back into the drum. We changed the hydro minder and it did it again, wasting two total drums of wax. Then we checked the flow from the bottom of the tank and it started drawing from the drum to the tank properly. The problem...

Vacuum needs too many quarters to start

I have 2 older JE Adams 3 motor super vacuums one door (cannot find model #, the sticker is to old). Both of them are suddenly requiring 20 plus quarters to start, what can be the problem? Both currently have a Ginsan GS-403 Timer.
