    Have cat 3535 pulsating on one of my ww 1.0, holds pressure at 1100 PSI, hoses are all good. wondering if I have a unloader or a valve problem.. only at high pressure causing hoses to shake inside eq. room. Never had this problem on 3535 before. Any help greatly appreciated.

    You might want to talk with some owners of Water Wizard 1.0 before you go and spend money, they are very good machines (all Stainless) and can be upgraded by the owners to look like new machines. good nozzles and chemicals can make a difference.     There is a bakalite busing in the boom swivel about 1" x 5' long, can be removed and greased and reinstalled.

    Have you tried just replacing the relay, I have had the contacts too stick before.
