All the specs you need to replace that motor are on that black info tag. But as new wash dog asked earlier, have you tested the motor to ensure that is bad and not some other component?

You will most likely need a forklift or similar to get them down and re-install them. Might be worth climbing up there and getting specs and testing so you only need the forklift once. I'm not that familiar with PDQ, but in general, some parts are off the shelf and some parts are proprietary on...

Is it just the motor portion that is broken? Or the fan blade/housing having issues also? Motor is probably an off the shelf unit that you can get at any industrial and/or motor supply house

Have you at least narrowed down your issue? That's one of the things I have reservations about Petit, how clean can the car get with how fast the machine moves? Does the machine sacrifice cleaning for a faster throughput? What is being sacrificed to increase wash speed? My gut says something is...

Probably some garbage in solenoid or solenoid staying slightly open for some reason.

As stated earlier, your membranes are toast, they can't handle sitting without use. I would determine how many GPD you need and buy membranes accordingly. Some minor replumbing will be required to change # of membranes.

We like what we see with this machine, going to check it out closer in Nashville. This is going to be a higher volume site, so looking for throughput.

Probably can still get motors from NCS - if not, as Waxman said, the motors are probably not proprietary and should have cross to industry standard motors.

Your membranes will be toast as well. Do you really need it up and using resources? Industry rule of thumb is below 50 ppm and 3 grains is considered spot free water. You maybe able to bypass 1 or 2 of those membranes depending on how many GPD you need to produce.

We may eventually put wax on the LP system, but there are way more things ahead of that to change that will make a bigger difference to our bottom line. Looking for a good showing HP wax for now.
