    Ryko Signature Series

Check the programming in your keypad timer. Whichever key you have setup as your spot free function, you need to ensure all of your bays are programmed the same. As an example, if key 0 is your spot free rinse, if you have it setup as selection option 11, that is low pressure only, so no main...

Raco Touchless - Where can I find info?

Please upload a couple of photos of the machine so the group can help identify it for you. There is a company called RACO that makes equipment. If it happens to be a RYKO, I could help you.

Ryko,Soft Gloss closing exit door too soon

There isn't a timer that controls that. It's usually based upon a photoeye or loop detector transitioning at the end of the wash. If it is a photoeye and they are going in/out of alignment, it could think the car has passed so it would close the door.

    Rykonet protocol

The RykoNet protocol is proprietary, and the Ryko devices which communicate over that protocol are now obsolete. I'm sorry, but it is not available.

    Ryko SoftGloss - 07 and 37

Both of those codes deal with high voltage. The code 07 is usually either a complete loss of voltage incoming into the control panel, or it could be related to a VFD fault as well. A code 37 is often related to a set of auxiliary contacts to a contactor/overload. When this happens, do you...

    Help? Gantry issue

It could be a contactor issue, or maybe a loose connection. When the output turns on, is there 24VAC getting to the contactor, or is it something less. Usually it needs to be 22.5V or higher for the contactor to fully pull in. If it's not, something else could be pulling down the voltage...

Installing a rollover carwash but my bay is only 28' long

That is where the short bay scenario comes into play. On foam bath, rinse passes or other non-brush passes, the rear arms will try to close as the machine travels reverse. This gives you additional room to drive it further reverse to rinse that detergent off the vehicle. Greg, you are...

Installing a rollover carwash but my bay is only 28' long

I agree 100%. It's always better to run the machine in the optimal size for the machine wherever possible.

Installing a rollover carwash but my bay is only 28' long

In a 28' bay (free and clear), the Softgloss MAXX can wash about a 16'-2" long vehicle completely (meaning the top brush going all the way to the rear) using a short bay kit. It can wash longer vehicles too with the rear arms, but the top brush may not get complete coverage on vehicles like an...

    Help? Gantry issue

If you loosen the gantry drive belts, jack the machine up just slightly to get it so the wheels are off the track. If you manually try to rotate them, is there any grit? Have the wheels actually been removed to grease them? May want to use emory cloth on the idler wheel shafts. I've also...

    Help? Gantry issue

I would suspect it's most likely related to the idler wheels that move up/down the track. If not maintained properly, they could seize and potentially flat spot which would cause them to drag up/down the track or even cause it not to move. Please see the attached bulletin for information in...

There will be an I/O schedule inside the door of the electrical cabinet. If you need a schematic, please PM me your serial number. It may be found on the exit side cross beam where the top brush mounts.

2/3 dryers not blowing air on IBA

Systems will be different, but most dryers use an overload and contactor. For the contactor, you will have a control voltage that should cause the contactor to pull in it's contacts even if your 3 phase is off. Are you getting your control voltage to the contactor when it's being told to...

Help with Carolina Pride RO unit

Do you have a fresh water bypass valve possibly feeding the tank where an inlet check valve may be stuck open? Seems unlikely you would have 1gpm flow of product water if the RO pump isn't running.
