Unitec wash coupon programming is not working anymore

The programming for the wash coupons used to work but no longer does. I think it has something to do with the bill acceptor upgrade to handle the newer 5 dollar bills. Does Unitec have a fix. Is this something they can fix by dialing into the modem

I upgraded for the new 5's in both of my WS2's and they still take the coupons.

After you upgrade your validators to take new bills, you need to reprogram the validator to take whichever coupons you are using. This is a bill validator programming issue and cannot be fixed remotely by Unitec.
