Updating your info

I just had an email where someone that was having a problem changing his email address.

At anytime, you can click on USER OPTIONS from the nav bar above, then click on "Edit your details" on the left, What I also would like you to do is to add your phone number. From time to time, something comes up and it would be real easy for me to get ahold of you.

As you all know I don't give any of this info to anyone else, if someone wants to get ahold of you, I would send you their info.

I guess I am losing it. Not the first time. Where is the USER OPTIONS?????????????? It is probaly right in front of me but I can't see it. Does it actually say "USER OPTIONS" or is it in code?
