Has anyone recently reduced their Gas or Electric utilities by replacing or upgrading fixtures? Better energy management solutions? Or with the use of timers -- shutting off the lights and floor heat at strategic times?

My goal is to improve or at least maintain the quality for the customer while reducing all operating costs.

I'd like to hear from operators that can share best practices on how to improve/better manage internal costs without taking away "quality" and "satisfaction" from the customer.
