New to the Car Wash Business, love these forums. This is my first post.
I have a 4 bay self-serve setup. In one of my bays i had an issue (I believe) with the switch. No matter what setting, foam brush would stay on. All other settings work (switched from high to low pressure, etc.), just foam brush would keep going.
Assumed it was a switch issue (possibly a solenoid clogged, but maybe it sorted itself), so changed switch and everything functioned fine. Ran the system about 5 times. All good.
2 hours later, different issue.
Now, coin acceptor (slugbuster) acccepts coins, timer (DIxmor) acknowledges the coins, the correct amount of time shows (timer starts), but then it immediately resets back to the welcome screen and the pump never kicks on.
Almost positive the wiring was good when i switch the switch as it worked fine through multiple runs. Assuming I re-wired something wrong or possibly loose connection?
Any thoughts or help greatly appreciated.
