Ok i currently own a car wash but don't own the land. Sounds weird but the original owners of the car wash defaulted on the guy who owns the land. They used to be freinds so he let them build on his land for a leasing fee. With that being said should I lease or finance my new automatic. Banks don't want to finance because of the land issue but there is no danger of the guy selling the land and if he does he has to buy me out.

It usually depends on your particular tax situation. An accountant would be able to explain the differences for you. Most times it makes sense to just buy it. If you lease it and it does real well, you will not be able to pay it off and save the interest, which is a little higher than a bank.
