Laserwash 4000 shutting down on presoak

I replaced the treadle board and the rear eye and everything seemed fine ran my van and a bunch of customers went through. I left to get a chem delivery and came back watched 3 cars and on the 4th or stoped on presoak 1 and wouldn't respond to the joystick until I power cycled the machine any ideas on what it could be?

Sounds like the main cpu

Could be a weak fuse on your DC power supply board as well. If it's a older model the fuse may be on the cpu itself.

I have spare cpus available

You may check speed controller next time this happens. Check before you recycle power. See if it has a fault on it. Recycling power would just reset speed controller.

Check your tires. if one is flat the speed controller will shut down.
