I’ve been finding lately that Nayax is very slow to report the daily sales on either the MoMA app or the Nayax Core dashboard.
It used to be instant, but now it seems to be hours and hours behind to update. Today for example, has been a very busy day and I’m still reporting little to no usage. I even used my own credit card to make sure it’s working, which I’m not sure it is. I’ve got myself in the que for Nayax tech support, but it’s been several hours.
Has anyone else noticed the same thing? I’ll report back when I hear back from them.
