I just install alarm for ws2. Alarm works for door open/close. I cant get the shock sensor to work. Im banging on the machine but alarm doesnt go off. Any suggestion?

The alarm isn't meant to go off with a banging of your hand or fist. It would respond to a more extreme impact, such as a metal object or crowbar.
