Coinco service?

I have a coinco mag02bab that cycles over and over. I have cleaned but at is as far as my expertise goes with these. Who can I send it to?

I am close to St. Louis so I normally just send them there, but this week when I called, it went to voicemail and I still have not received a call back. Seems a bit out of the normal so I guess I will have to call them again tomorrow.

Call Penny at the Seattle branch of Coinco. I'm finding them to be a bit more responsive then St. Louis. She has a deal going on now in which you can send her any old make of validator for trade in on a new Coinco Vantage. Price is $250 for the new Vantage.
