We've been having an intermittent issue with one of our G5's where the wash shuts down either during the 2nd presoak, or right afterwards during the HP rinse. The pump will start struggling an making noise and the machine shuts down and gives the error code "pump in error". It would happen every couple days, then daily and now 4 times today. PDQ wasn't much help and says to let it get more consistent, but customers are getting frustrated. Anyone here have a similar issue or any suggestions? The machine will auto reset after the issue then run fine until it doesn't. Manually turning on all functions does not reproduce the issue. Happens across all wash packages and not always at the same arch location, but always during LP2 or HPR. Thanks.
