It could be time for replacement. They do get washed out after time. So the question you have is do you go the same route and stay with the Lex-Airs or are you going to replace with a solenoid valve? Lexairs are around $400 for the smaller style pistons and the bigger piston style is about $550. I understand the electronics are about 250-$300.00. I think I am going that route when the next one goes bad. Who has that part number?

Ok how about on the sleeve
When the sleeve is insirted will the oring be towards the Machine with the retainer ring behind it (closer to me) or vise versa

Sorry missed your post.. back up ring(white) goes away from the pressure. Black oring towards pressure. The puck has a small hole in it, the hole towards the air. I like to see the air pressure for the valves at 10 psi per 100 psi of pump pressure. so 1000 psi pump equals 90-100 psi of air ball park.
