Had some customers call and complain that the wash at the end, covered them in soap and then the dryers kick on and the door opens and they are instructed to leave...soooo

today i try the low wash and it appears that the final rinse, the spot free low pressure rinse before exit comes out looking sudsy???? is it possible that may spot free system is contaminated or did i get bad salt or is this due to the much higher vollume of cars i am washing lately...

has this happened to you? what should i check?

It's almost certainly a bad check valve. It could be the one on the auto between the pump and whatever manifold it uses. If the spot-free has its own spray arch, it's going to be a problem beyond the auto. "Bad salt" couldn't be an issue - you'd get hard water and not-quite-spot-free product, but the salt couldn't get past the membranes if it got in the system (It would foul them almost immediately).
