Just running doors on both ends of the wash and floor heat?

My concern is the brushes, after they wash a car and have all that water on them, I'm afraid they will freeze.

To keep the brushes "unthawed"...simply leave the doors open and turn off the bay heater.

In Michigan, I seriously doubt that you will get by with just the doors and floor heat. You're going to have to heat the bay, IMO.

In floor heat and doors should keep you from freezing except during the VERY cold spells and them you just shutdown until it warms up.

We moved them to Florida. Seems to work fine.
