A customer put money in and was not holding the gun. He said it flew out of holster and damaged his car....how should I respond to him....he sent me an email....Any good response for him.

timer shows no time but all the features are running for free....could it possibly be the rotary switch that is causing it? I thought it could be the coin mech, but that would add time to the timer....any suggestions before I swap out the rotary switch.

It has been extremely cold here at night with windchill of -35c and every morning I have at least one bay frozen and sometimes as many as 5 frozen. I have unplugged my weepmizer, put on bigger tips and even taped the gun triggers and closed the bays.....what can I do to avoid this....last night...

I have a 9 bay sllf serve car wash wash with 9 pits that are 3'w x 3' dx 6' length. Will a 750 gallon ring o matic be able to do my whole wash...not sure of the calculations. I am not sure but I think each pit is approx 50 gallons....I may be off in my calculations. And are they worthwile? Thanks

In Canada...approx 150k per bay...plus 1 million plus for the Land. Prices are crazy!
